HELD & ANCHOR - the sacred in between

This container is created to hold you during the moments of the sacred in between. The liminal spaces, the time before everything changes, or during times of big change, where the energy is still landing. These sessions are intended to hold you, witness and guide you home to yourself, so you can remember who you are and your magic. 

It is in the void - the sacred in between where the magic happens, but this time can also bring up fear, grief, and a feeling of being tethered. This container has been created as an anchor - not to teach you or tell you how to be - but to help you remember.

All sessions are done through distance and you will receive these in recorded form or email if your prefer. 

Included:

🌸 3 x Energy session - 30 minutes energy healing session, to feel held, seen and to harmonize & clear energy. With short recording or email.

🌸 In depth energy reading - 30-60 minute recording 

🌸 Customized herbal support 

🌸 Final Recorded session - Intuive reading, alongside other supports and messages. 30-60 minutes 

🌸 Support in between sessions through messages/voice notes
