Motherhood Support Sessions 🌸

Motherhood Sessions :

These sessions have been created to support you and your child(children) on your journey. A session designed to walk you deeply home to your inner knowing as mother. As mothers we know exactly how to mother our babies - it is written in the brilliant design of motherbaby. We live in a world that is quite obsessed with disconnecting us from this knowing that lives within our bones. There is an energy that is always flowing and communicating between mother and child that gives us the exact unique blue print of how to mother your child - that only you can know. 

The energetic work of mothering is so much unseen work - but we are always always attuning to and holding our children. These sessions are created to walk you home on your unique mothering path 🤍

How it works :

Once you book your session, I will reach out to you within 24 hours. We will speak about what your are seeking support for in your current season of motherhood. Then we will customize your session. Your session will include a personalized energy reading, herbal support - which will include recipes and ways to incorporate these herbal supports, and details about these herbs. There will be follow up support with questions, support on your motherhood journey, rhythms in the home ect. 

• A personalized energy reading for your motherhood journey to support you, and important messages for you at this time. (Recorded, and sent to you to keep forever - recording will be 25-45 minutes in length) 

• Energy healing. This will be half hour in length and we will pick a date/time when I reach out to you. 

• Customized herbal support to offer emotional and energetic support for your motherhood journey in this season. I will be asking you specific questions so we can find the best match for you, along with intuitively tuning in. You will receive a write up for this.

•Follow up support - Recording with customized Motherhood support (30-45 minutes in length)

* This is all done at a distance and we will not require you to be present 

This will be a one month container unless you would like to spread your sessions out more- I will be available for support in between sessions
