Sacred birth - birth prep support sessions 🌸

Upon booking, I will reach out to you within 48 hours, and you can share with me what you are seeking support on and we will book a date/time for your first session and open the container

These sessions are designed to support you leading up to the birth portal, physically, emotionally and energetically. We will customize these sessions to your unique needs.

I will send you an initial email and you can share your hopes, dreams, etc, we will chat back and forth and I will be available for support and follow up in between sessions. Through voice notes or messages. 

A time to be deeply seen and held during this sacred and tender time.

Included in package: 

• Customized Energy reading recording - 30-45 minutes. option to have this in written form reading if you would prefer that instead. 

2 x Energy healing Session 30 minutes - come with recording 

• Sacred postpartum list & birth recommendations, herbal birth remedies list  

• Customized herbal support 

• Follow up session - support session along with channeled messages. (30-45m recording)
